That's just a little snot. The parents must like it because they grabbed a camera before a kleenex.
When you kid has a cold it just becomes habit to come running with tissue paper once you hear the sneeze.
some parents get their kids ears pierced when they're newborns.

Bah, amateur stuff. The best is when they have what's in the picture plus two handfuls after sneezing. It's amazing how much snot they can store up.
