He does mention the buy it now is to ward off kbb buyers and sellers. So I guess he would take a 30k offer.... but that's still a lot.

If I had the money, i'd offer at $25k for starters.

No way the car is worth that much, simply because of its age. It doesn't matter that it has less than 10K on the clock, a lot of the rubber goodies are dried out and needing replacement by now. Trust me, I know after buying my '95 M3 a few years ago with a bit over 20K miles on it. Time takes it toll even if it isn't driven.

Yeah, its a nice car, but at this point is a museum piece or a car to drive to a Saturday morning car show once a month. I wouldn't push it too hard, like more than a leisurely drive. Sitting is worse on a car than driving, seals and rubber dry up, and things don't get up to temp to burn off condensation and acids that build up in the motor, trans and diff
