help with wheel locks

Just bought some Oettingers 18x8 for my golf, and i wanted to get some wheel locks (RAD) but im not sure what size. They make either 32mm or 35mm, anyone know which one to get. I already tried measuring the bolts that came with the wheels, but i don't think im using the ruler correctly (im putting that UCSD education to good use).

If anyone can help me out i'd appreciate it....Thanks in advance

I acutally did that, and he didn't know. He told me to just measure the bolts, but that didn't go well. I THINK i measured 40mm, but that doesn't make any sense.
