theres gonna be open drag racing on saturday the 31st. my whole school is haveing a gathering there (universal technical institute) come watch or run. it's 10 to watch and 20 to run. doors open at 12:00, tech is at 2:00 and racing is from 4:00 to 11:00.

On a side note, i've been challenged by many schoolmates. can anyone think of anything under $200 that i can do to my car as a last minute mod? i was thinking of making a stock intercooler sprayer just cause it's gonna be so damn hot that day. any suggestions?

If you don't have the SAMCO TIP, that's an under $200 dollar mod to get...I hope you have a FMIC, or else heatsoak will be your biggest enemy...

2: 15.085 @ 94.53 mph

4: 14.591 @ 94.09 mph
r/t: .567 2.174 60'

the first two sucked. I bogged on both of them and the first was in 90+ degree heat.

Nice times, what type of car is this? I get to run my car at that track this coming friday. I just hope the wind does not kick up like always.

GTI 1.8T My 1/8th mile times were around a 9.7 but at qualcomm i've run a 9.2 on the 1/8th, and I usually run low to mid 9's at qualcomm. This was my first time to this track, maybe next time i'll get into the low 14's
