welcome welcome!! you live pretty close to me, maybe you should come out to one of the socaleuro GTGs, or there's a local meet in Walnut at Grand and Valley where the Starbucks is.
The local meet is called TABtuesdays (Take-A-'Brake'), it's all mix of cars but mostly JDM, it's every Tuesdays from 6 or 7 til whenever. Come check it out and meet other car enthusiasts. Find a girl with silver VW golf, her name is Celine, she'll get you introduced to everybody. Visit http://www.tabtuesdays.com for more detail.

Hi,
I've got a 9-5 too! Mine's a 2000 and unfortunately last week I got into an accident... so, I guess I won't have it for a month now... Good to see another Saab though.

I work in Placentia and live in Fullerton. They're around, a little rare, but they're around. I've seen a few newer 9-3 sports sedans and a couple 9-5 Aero's and a sprinkling of 9-5 wagons. Yesterday I saw a champagne colored 9-5 Aero wagon. But, Saabs are definitely a rare breed. But, that's why I bought one.

There are more SAAB's around then you think. You need to come down to the beach area to find more SAAB's. I have a 2000 9-3 SE HOT and a 1986 C900 T-16 also. There are a few C900 owners in Brea and some other 9-3 owners in the Los Angeles area. I am trying to get a SoCal (Orange county) SAAB club together right now so if your interested let me know. :smokem:

invite them on here as well ... id definitely like to see some more Saab's out at the gatherings
i was looking at a 9-3 Aero before ... or a 9-5 Aero wagon ... but i ended up with my Audi wagon ...
i still love the 9-3 Aero ... and the 9-2X is attractive too ...
my uncle had a 9000 SE

No worries I will put the word out to them. I love my SAAB's so far. My older 900 is a beater to look at but she puts down 220HP and is fast as heck. My 9-3 is pretty quick also but it will be alot faster once I get it chipped. Should be dropping around 275HP and 320lbs of torque then. But thats a way soff in the future but hey I can dream!!
