Hey everybody,

Summer is just around the corner and I want to go camping! Anybody interested? If so, we should think of a date - maybe mid June?

I was thinking of one of two local campgroups I visited as a child:

1. La Jolla Indian Reservation (Valley Center area)
This camground has inner tubing down the San Luis Rey River. I would like to tube and also hike, maybe even mountain bike if I buy one before then. You can get a site with one car (4 people maximum) for $25 a night. No dogs allowed.

Check out their website: http://www.lajollaindians.com/Campground/

2. Green Valley Falls (Julian area)
This campground has a stream and waterfalls in it perfect for frolicking. I would hike and mountain bike if possible. You can get a site with one car for $20 (8 people maximum). Dogs have limited access and must be supervised at all times.

Check out their website: http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=667 (http://www.lajollaindians.com/Campground/)

Post up if you're interested!!!

Thank you goodbye.

This looks like fun, haven't been in ages, can we reserve a block of campsites and have a giant camping GTG where we are all stumbling distance to our tents?
