What is missing? Power steering fluid running out!

Ok,
So I found out why there is zero power steering fluid in the resevoir. Take a look at these pics. What is supposed to be there? The pulley? Hmm.....

Going to the Bentley now... and it goes on...

ok, so if I am looking at the Bentley correctly, this thing is missing the Pulley only? there has got to be something I am not seeing correctly. Should I get a whole new pump?

new pump, the shaft is gone out of the center, you will also need the adjusting bolt setup

What is the adjusting bolt setup? Is that what should be to the left, in the slotted region?

To tighten the belt. Yeah, Ill look at mine tomorrow and maybe take a picture so you can see how it goes.
