We all know that probably the most popular and successful GTG's are the Fusion and North County GTG's but is there any interest in maybe starting a new weekly or even Bi-Weekly GTG a little more down south? I'm willing to help coordinate and get the word out if there is a strong enough interest.
A big part to the success that the Fusion GTG has is that so many shops are so close to the location that it helps stir up business for them and what not.
Anyways is anyone down to maybe start GTG's in the South / East San Diego area?
It will obviously have to not conflict with any of the other days that there are GTG's but yeah. I'd like to maybe meet more Enthusiast around my way. And I'm sure there's others out there that wouldn't mind that either.
Help from the usual SoCal Euro GTG'ers may be needed to spark interest and build a core group for this one. Hopefully we can build something as successful as the GTG's that are happening now.:tup2:

I would love to get this going on again. I know some Bimmer heads have a GTG from time to time in that area.
Would you be down to come down Lon?

I'd love to have a meet closer to home, so long as I don't have to drive down to Chula-juana to get there!

Are you guys familar with the L and L's on Sweetwater Rd?
There is a big parking lot between the Denny's and the L and L's there. There is also a Starbucks there as well. What do you guys think about this location?

I really like that idea. There's a lot of traffic that moves around there and it is right off the 805 and 54, which is connected to the 94 and 125. It's a good central south / east location.
Also I think I can work something out with the guys at L and L's with a discount on some food for the days we meet. (Hopefully!)
Now what day? Do we want to have it on the same day as the North San Diego meets?

How about since every other Thursday is the North County one, we do it on the Thursdays that they don't have a GTG. That'd be good I think.
