So who has played the demo on the 360? I download it last night and the graphics are incredible as well as the driving dynamics. You only get one track in the demo but a really good selection of cars to play with. I can't wait for the game to go on sale now.

i think id buy a 360 just for forza, i have the first one and its amazing in its self. but i got a ps3, and downloaded the preview of gt4 and OMG its awesome, just the dynamics on FM2 is crazy......

Well I haven't had a ton of seat time with either forza 2 or gt 4 but from what I know I like Forza better. Damage on the cars is an awesome as well as the ability to really tune a car the way you want. You can upgrade engines, turbo, throw coilovers on and pretty much customize the car to the max. The car models that they have in the demo are simply amazing looking. During the intro I almost couldn't believe it was a animation.

While I agree that the game is fun, and the physics are top notch along with the selection of cars. I thought the graphics could be worked on a bit more. They seemed almost cellshaded during the select your car screen. Anyone notice the brake disks getting hot and turning red when you slam the brakes?? Fuking COOL! :O

The graphics were below average. Project Gotham Racing 2 looked better, and how old is that game?

The driving physics were challenging and mostly accurate. The amount of data you can get out of a reply or during the course is amazing.

I have to play it some more to determine if I will purchase. The free demo by itself is fun due to an E36 M3 and a 997T.

I was also hoping for an in car view where you can see a bit of the interior and steering wheel ala PGR.

After reading more about it over on IGN, definitely will purchase. It sounds like the game's depth will make up for the below-par graphics.

Of course, I'm using Gears of War as a basis for comparison on graphics... soo...

Got my copy today as well. Up to level 9 so far and running a MKV GTI which I made into a full R36 conversion pretty much. The engine sound was worth the upgrade alone

Yeah the amount of tuning you can do is amazing. The hardest car to drive so far is the Renault Clio. That thing handles horribly

Damn.. I really wanna play this game now... Especially with the VR6 Rado... damn....

Thing is, For all the stuff; console, game, network, etc. It comes out to like $520... And I don't want to spend more than $250 in cash and then just use my gift cards for whatever else I need.. But I'd be short by a lot... Thought I could get somewhere along the lines of $200 for all my PS2 stuff, but nah. They won't even give me close $100 for my PS2, 12 games, controller, Logitech online controller, and steering wheel + pedals.

Damn.
