2 story end unit town house, 2.5ba. Nice Patio, no pets. Complex has plenty of guest parking. Room is 10'x11' private bath/shower w/closet. Washer/Dryer in garage. Share utilities. Photos available on request. :P

Available in June.

Rent is 700 w/garage space... no SUV/large Trucks though.

Just to clarify, no SUV/Large Trucks in the garage :P fine parked on the street.
