Good recommendations for Audi dealers / shops

Hey guys, my little brother is looking at a B5 Audi A4. We are planning on taking it down either to a dealer or a shop to have it looked over to see if it's any good. We did it back when I was looking at my Jetta, we took it to a dealer and they looked it over. I'd like to know what places would be recommended and would be priced somewhere around $100 for a check up. I'm in the Sabre Springs area but the car is down by the 15 and 8 intersection (near SDSU.)

Any experiences with reliability and servicing on a B5 2.8L would be great too if anyone has any.

Yeah, my cousin is Matt Deloach and everyone, including the owner, knows him because he's always getting parts for his M5 there.
