Drop in K&N Filter as all you need or ITG Foam Filter.

AFE or ITG supposally better than K&N

K&N filters use oils which can potentially pose a problem to the MAF and damage it, I've been running it for some time without a problem but I haven't recharged it yet.

AFE looks pretty good.
is there something wrong with carbonio intakes? how do they rank?

ive had my carbonio since last sept i love it but its one of those mods u would spend extra money on it does the same thing as putting an aftermarket filter havent noticed much difference from the K&N i had before

your car isn't an F1 car, and the intake isn't seeing much, if any structural load, so why would you buy a carbon fiber intake?
aside from the fact that everyone who sees it will say "wow, carbon fiber intake...must've been expensive...."

Its funny rollin in the greenz mention the wow that looks expensive comment cause I get that quite a bit but like I said before I wouldn't have bought it if I hadn't got a killer deal any after market filter works just as good just get a k&n and use the money u save from not buying a carbonio to get something else. I got mine for 100 off my cousin when he totaled his b6 if it weren't for that I wouldn't spend what is it now 379 I think unless I had a bunch of cash laying around and nothing better to buy but all in all it is a good intake I won't down it. Its just a steep price
