saw a yellow 20th ae on the 5 North just passed the National City area on my way to down down. no decal stickers whatsoever and i believe had a 5% tint all around (it was really dark). i was in the mk5 blacked out jetta. also saw a a mk4 golf/gti with a europlate in the front on Olympic Parkway around the eastlake/otay area.
