AUTO BODYWORK 101...noob inside!

so dubwars is sunday..and although i got my lip kit mounted its still not painted (ghey honda status x13523) i know! anwyays i figured this would be a good summer project to keep me occupied between school/ work. so i wanna start by molding my emphase rear lip to the bumper. but i have NO clue how to start. i know im gonna need some bondo, sandpaper, and lots of time so yea....someone school me!
