E36 cylinder head

Ok, so a couple weeks ago the head gasket blows, car goes down, gets sent to the shop last week. They get the head off yesterday, and it gets sent to the machine shop this morning. I get a phone call bout 10ish, the machine shop says theres a crack in the head in the #3 cylinder area. which brings me to my question, does anyone know someone whos got an E36, with the M50 engine whos parting it out? Im in serious need of a head for this car so i can get rid of it. Im tired of putting more and more money into the thing. ill happily trade it for something else if they have something thats working an cheaper lol. Im jus at that point where I dont care anymore

eh, shop told me that the head is shot, something knocked a hole in the head SO its trash, they also said that one of the cylinders needs honed, crank was good, block was good, but i dont need either of thouse lol. so it looks like im ordering a head tomorrow from bavarian auto recyclers up in rancho cordova
