Rob, some trails were easy but Imogene Pass and Engineer trail are quite difficult. There are only 2 other trails more difficult than Engineer (which we ran on Friday) and one requires a winch to get up 3ft straight up faces and the other requires a min 3pt turns around the steep switch backs. The switch back trail is called Black Bear and we didn't run that because a couple of the wifes put their foot down and said NO. I'll get some pics up of those ASAP.

Oh, and I just got back. Left Colorado this morning at 5am Pacific time and arrived at my door at 7:30pm.
Total drive time for today: 13:30 (minus 1hr for stops)
Total miles driven today: 844
Average speed: 62mph
Average mileage: 14.9mpg
Totals for the week:
56:45hrs
13.1mpg
1930 miles
I've got over 1000 pics to go through not including the 3000 that the other 28 people took. We had something like 15 Touaregs from all over the US.

It was a blast. Meet a lot of great people. Drank a lot of beer. Did a lot of 4wheelin' (not while drinking);).

Is that normal mpg, or is it because you were in up/down terrain on the way back?

It's normal when you have cruise control set at 80mph with a big roof rack/spare tire on top and running significantly larger that stock tires (3" diameter) all the while going up steep passes.
