So my trusty Craftsman 18v drill was starting to bite the dust so I decided to upgrade to the 24v Rigid Combo. The great thing about Ridgid is you get a Lifetime warranty on the tools and the BATTERIES! These are also lithium powered batteries which means it runs at full strength until they are out of juice. No fading like traditional Nicads.

I gotta get some replacement batteries for my Makita. The 2 NiMH batteries I have are finally going bad after 6 years of service. It would have been really nice to have that battery warranty right now.
