FS: (broken) downpipe and exhaust tip

the downpipe's flex pipe is broken at the top

the resonator was installed abot a month ago but the person who welded it didnt complete the weld

i had the second o2 sensor turned so it doesnt rub against the heat shield

and it doesnt have a cat as u can see and the down pipe is about 4-6 inches shorter then it is supposed to be
