Laptop help

hey guys i havae a toshiba satellite a105-s4364 laptop. Recently while browisng the internet i have started having freezing issues when web pages load. When this happens i hit ctrl+alt+del to bring up task manager and that "knocks it lose" One of my friends said it might be my internet security settings. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Does it freeze when you work on anything else? Have to check and see what processes are running. Also, does your fan run all the time??

i have a TON pf processes runnin. i dont know what ones are unneccessary tho. and i only freezes when im browsing the net. and yes it does run all the time
