Hey bro, If you have CS2 or PS..not sure if PS has it or not but it should...try messing around with color balance, it brings out some crazy color once you get the hang of it.

Thanks a bunch Manny! That looks rad. :) I don't have either but wish I had both. Hopefully soon I will obtain it! I need to start learning.

You may want to start looking at manual white balance. For most outdoor shoots, the cloudy setting is more than adequate, and will do you for 95% of situations (unless it's really bright!). I have this cover that I put over my lens to set my white balance made by Mennon, it helps getting me true colors without having to use PS. I usually do it before I start shooting, and you can tell the difference when you forget to set it :)

I got mine with a used lens I bought from a co-worker. I'm sure any camera store will have it though. I did a quick test to show what a difference it makes when using this.

Both shots were taken in Manual mode, the first shot was just a turn on the cam and shoot, the second was using the cover to set my white balance prior to the shot.

If you have PS you can still rework the first shot, but it's less work if any, if your settings are good to go when you start.

Looks like they can be had for under $10.00

Manny, have you gotten to learn the selective color adjustments? While the color balance can affect the overall appearance of the color and can definitely make things look much better, selective color can fine tune every color channel to your specifics. Definitely a really powerful adjustment filter.

Maybe I'll make a small little tutorial as to how to use it, at least from what I know of it.
