Mis Fire Crotch has been charged with SEVEN misdemeanors! Including two DUI's, each of which carry a MINIMUM 6 month sentence... They didn't get her on felony drug possession though for the coke, but between this, to failed attempts at rehab, they hopfully will throw the book at her, must suck to be 21 and washed up already.

Exactly, they said they didnt have enough coke to charge her with felony possession, I've had friends charged for selling and possession with just "residue" in individual small bags, she can afford a big expensive lawyer, so the DA won't even try for felony charges, that would be my guess, she will plead guilty to a lesser charge and hopefully the judge will throw the book at her on what he can.

I'm talking about the DUI charges... the cocaine charges are based on the federal guideline, but I'm pretty sure someone under 21 driving at 0.12 BAC should be charged with felony DUI just like the rest of us. A good lawyer can argue it down though, but whatever. Fuck celebretards!

I think cases like this, and Paris and Nicole Richie will open a lot of doors for lawyers to reference as a defense. Well in 2007 in the case of Lohan, she was found with this much cocaine and not charged, my client was in possession of less controlled substance, so this ruling would not be fair and just.

Well, in 2007 when Paris Hilton was given a sentence of 45 days and only served (whatever), my client is entitled to at least the same if not lesser punishment.
