Does anyone know of any good places to buy software at a good price and great service. I need to buy a copy of Office 2003 Standard for my computer.

If you are a student, you can get cheaper software. You don't even have to be fulltime. You can take a night class just for fun and you qualify.

eBay is a great place for slightly outdated software.

I didn't even notice you wanted 2003.

Thats actually a really good question. I prefer some of the older versions myself except for the fact that they don't get the same attention on security updates.
