Has anyone seen a black A6 sedan badged as an S6?

I saw it on Clairmont Mesa Blvd this afternoon. I'm just wondering what makes it an S6. :confused:

I have all my letters off my Passat variant. If I rearrange it to be Tap Ass does that make it a shaggin wagon?

I think I saw it going over the Coronado Bridge. IIRC, it was green.
