I'm at work trying to finish installing apps on an Apple laptop so that I can prep my carne asada and let it marinate on the way to a friends house (in a cooler, of course!)

oh yeah, I had an experimental recipe in the works, but it was always too sweet. I finally found on Food network's website that was close to what I was doing. I tested it on co-workers, and they all gave it a great big Thumbs Up! :tup2:

better.. we found her at a truck stop... she apparently tried to OD on pills but failed. She is home tonight and my cousins are over there helping out. She said she got a call from a creditor and they freaked her out to the point she didn't know what to do... and just ran. Well my mom has been going over their bills and has basically taking full control of their finances. They are going to look in to options this week to get them back on track. But she realizes she was wrong in running and realized now how much people really care about her. She didn't think people cared. My big, harry, scarry looking uncle turned in to a lost kid when she disappeared. But he's doing better tonight knowing she's home. Its just going to take time to fix things. and they both have to learn that.
