Date: Saturday 10/20/07

Place: Dennys off Alicia Pkwy. in Mission Viejo

Time: 8:00 a.m. / Leave by 8:30-8:45

We will be taking the 5 south to the 241 toll road to the 91 to the 15 to the Parts4vw G2G! Last time, we took the same route and it worked out well. Whether you have Fastrak or not, we pull over to the side after the toll booth. We got some sweet shots last time :) . Hope to see you all there! :tup:

I damaged my lip and the splitter over the weekend! I just hope i can get my replacement soon enough before this meet.

It was more of 80mph on the fwy, changing lane and hit some debris in between the lanes(hubcab and some tire threads) and I didn't even see it coming since there was a SUV in front me. :mad:

Good news is I got a replacement but with a straight splitter instead and I just hope it arrives before the meet. I am really looking forward to this meet.

crap dude, sorry to hear that. i hate when stuff is all over the freeway. cal-trans needs to do a better job! yeah this is going to be rad. last time was way awesome.

Yep I didn't have the splitter more than 5 days.. so bummed for a few days. The bottom plastic cover underneath the car is tore in half as well. This money would've gone to my rear kit.. but I guess its one of those days I just can't avoid from happening. I'm just glad it didn't damage any part of my car or pop my tires or else I would've lost control of the car.

As soon as the replacement arrives, I will keep you guys posted. I've never been to this meet before and I hope to make it. :tup:

The Ortega would be a cluster F*ck with a caravan, not to mention all the construction, beat up road and slow traffic, toll road is much better, I'm still on the fence about going.
