scroll down to the bottom of the page about loud exhaust systems and how how officers DO NOT need to have decible meters on hand to give you a ticket for it .....dont know how well it will hold up in court since most of these tickets you are supposed to be referred to a smog only station to have it tested

Illegal lights, whether or not they are operating. It is illegal just to have them on the vehicle (24003 VC).

lighted frames means having the actual light tube that goes around the plate

*not that it is being lit up* - those lexxo leds are bad ass

nevemind, I thought it was against lighted license plates other then red, not license plate frames....

and all new lexus' have white lights to light up there plates

got stopped by a popo just yesterday morn. coming out of my driveway making a right. i punched it because i was late. didnt see the fucker.

Conversation went as follows.

Hooda:See you were going a bit fast there.

mE: *shitty grin*

Hooda: Just your license and you'll be on your way.

mE: It's in the trunk...with the dead body.

Hooda: HA HA... Nice...go head and get it.

mE:Here you go sir.

Hooda: Wheres your plates?

mE: Just bought it private sale (hence, no temp sticker up front windshield)

hooda: hmmm so wheres your temp sticker?

mE: All I got is the loan paperwork and this here proof of insurance with the vin.

hooda: *sippin coffee the whole time* cool

hooda: *takes glance at the VIN...farts. ok just slow it down please. You got these pretty high school girls walking here. Wouldnt want to ruin it for all of us.

Me: Your daaaaaaaaaaaamn straight on that one.

Hooda: You have a good day.

DubShak's funny traffic stop story

I wish my last traffic stop had been as cool. I got popped by CHP going through North El Cajon (Winter Gardens blvd), and had to pull into the parking lot of a liquor store. there was a bus stop in front of the place, and I guess a lot of Mexican landscapers live around there. so I had a bunch of Mexicans jeering at me in Spanish while they were waiting for the bus. :tdown: in hindsight, they were talking some funny shiat, but still...
