I thought it was in the SoCal section but it actually part of the title, and posted in the MKV section.

I've dealt with Creative before. They are some good guys, but the business has gone down hill since Carl left the company.

there cool and all

although there customer service kinda sucks especially with call backs and shit

im still waiting on an sps 3 unit in the mail should've gotten it three weeks ago but that seems to be due to a break down in communication between them and Revo's HQ in atlanta prolly doesnt help with the three hr time difference either

i would suggest dealing with them in person

Audizine has dropped them as forum sponsors due to customer complaints =\

Lon, we can talk privately if you still need feedback. I have no personal experience with them since I deal mostly with Group5 but what you've read on Audizine is pretty similar to what others on our forum have expressed.

They seem to have problems with their tech and their front office. Their tech tried to tell me my rear differential was leaking and would cost me 900 when in reality, he just didn't tighten an oil drain plug. Oh, then to screw me over he "forgot" to put the screws back on the belly pan...you can imagine what the ride home ended up as...

And this was the second time. Shame on me. If you want to hear about the first one, pm me and I'll tell you my $1500 horror
