So, I have been at home for the past two days waiting for my package. First time I checked my tracking and said that it was rescheduled for delivery the next day, I let it pass (mind you its not the first time i've had problems with UPS), today I stayed at home again to accept the package. Nothing. By about 4pm I checked the tracking status and it said that my "business was closed" I was like WTF!!! No way Im going to have my package sent back to sender, when I am home at my house. Now, i'm being charged 5$ (to pick up) because the stupid UPS truck wouldn't come into my gated community. BS.
This can be the "phuck UPS thread" for everyone post the stories...
and FEDEX FTW unless I have no choice like I did today... Microsoft only ship's UPS :rolleyes

Nako,
call the UPS customer service hotline [1-800-pick ups] with your tracking number, and complain.
ask that the charges be revoked due to driver failure. be really nice about it and they will work with you.. if you're rude then you will lose your chance at getting reimbursed.
where exactly are you picking up from? the hub in Ontario?? they SHOULD not charge you, make sure you take a print screen of your tracking info when you go to pick up the item.
if you have trouble PM me, seriously i can help
i deal with this shit all the effin time, i'm also the shipping manager at my office,

Thanks for trying to help. It is appreciated. Luckily for me I managed to pick up my package (fixed Xbox 360) from the pick up center in San Bernardino. I didn't get charged a dime. w00t so thats good.

Nah, I see the UPS, Fedex, and DHL trucks in the complex all the time.

DING DING DING! just lazy ass driver!! I complained to Microsoft about my package hoping they could change the address on it. But they couldn't help me. So I called UPS asking for a pick up but their system is weird as hell. The automated system doesn't even have an option for "pick up package". I just said it and luckily the machine recognized what I wanted to do. I then asked for a pick up and I also asked what the address was on the package, the lady said blah blah blah with no mention of the Space number (i am in space 62). So then I was like ok well... its not UPS's fault i guess... because the package has no space number (think apt number). So then I go pick up the package and there it was in plain sight on the shipping label SPACE 62!!! so it was the UPS shitty driver

It was my Xbox rich, now I can get back to playing Forza 2 ;)

UPS used to deliver our paychecks but after they delivered to them to a PIZZA HUT and couldn't figure out where the phuck they were, we started using DHL.
...it's really weird when the driver that would deliver our UPS stuff comes in (he's one of our regulars )

YET AGAIN! Phuck UPS! I paid for next day delivery... It's about 5pm. Still not delivered! It being delivered past 5pm is not what I would consider "Next Day". My tracking says it's still "Out for delivery". If they don't deliver it by 6pm, I'm calling them. And again scheduling a pick up of a package I paid to have delivered! :bs:

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA. I'd have to agree. My shipping carrier choices are as follows.
1. FedEx
2. USPS
3. DHL
4. UPS
