It's On... Pure Euro Presents: Wustefest 2008!!!

Well, it's been about 4 months since Wustefest 2007, and we're still recovering... The weather was HOT, the cars were incredible, and the weekend brought people out from all over California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and even had someone drive down from Canada! Over the weekend, we had 200+ cars show up... not too bad for an event that had an initial budget of $0 (and my pockets are still hurting).

We had planned to put something together for Okctoberfest, but instead of spreading my resources (and funds) thinner than they already are, I have decided to start planning NOW for Wustefest 2008!

The things we know: It WILL be in Las Vegas, it WILL be bigger, it WILL be better, and it WILL step up to a level I would've never imagined when I started thinking about this event about a year ago...

The big question... when? I'm positive everyone is going to jump and say "let's do it as early as possible so it's not so damned hot"... But something to consider is that this event is meant to be a "school's out so lets party" type of event... If we push too far forward, we'll start leaving people at home because they'll have finals, papers, etc to worry about... and that's not what I want.

So what I'd love is for people to start talking about when their schools get out etc so we can start zeroing in on a date... Also any opinions, feedback, suggestions, etc... I'd love to hear them so we can make Wustefest 2008 as good as it can possibly be.

Looking forward to this again! Sucks I didn't meet you last time. The one suggestion I have is that the little things are better planned. The big things were great, but a lot of people didn't know what was going on most of the time. Possibly a flyer with the schedule of events and addresses of where to meet. Maps would be cool too. Also, if we could get something planned for one of the nights, like a party of some sort, that would be awesome. Just something where everyone in the "euro community" could meet. :) We should do this a.s.a.p. when people get out of school. No school here, just work, so I am down for whenever. We appreciate you planning everything. Such a great time we all had.

yea pretty much what he said, i have no complaints though, it was awesome.

school is out mid june, i liked the time we went last year, the heat doesnt bother me much. i am excited to go again

I can go again whenever... my school schedule isn't that bad... I would also have to say a schedule would be best. Also, a party where EVERYONE can get in. But only the 21 and over can drink, know what i mean? I know we missed out on a lot because we had underage peeps with us. But then we still had a good time just walking the strip...

i think school is out for me on june 12? not totally sure about that. i think its the beginning of june tho. didnt make it last year but i am interested in going to the next one.
