Hopefully the court is easy on them for cooperating. Otherwise, they are screwed. I hope they didn't make any jokes about their drving on the tape either. That wouldn't sit to well with a judge or jury.

i was traveling with 7 BMWs once a while back from HB to Laguna Beach and newport PD told us to watch ourselves HB had 2 choppers on us and Laguna Beach cops will pull you over for anything. We were pounced on at the shake shck by Laguna Beach Police and it even made it onto the tonights show Jay Leno... he was making jokes about "watch out for the BMW gangs" funny.

i hate to say it, but that happened before i knew better with the um *cough* DTMpower guys...

i've sinse gone from chrome castings to vinyl stickers, pepsi in the trunk and armed with headlight washer nozzles, no M3 though, 325Ci!!!!
