I'll pass on your wheels. But here is somewhat of a guideline.

My wheels cost $2400 no tires
Tires were a steal at $775

So that's over $3000

Most sets I have seen are $2000-2400 used.

I would give these values in credit

5 spoke TT wheels $1000
Montes $500
Long Beach $500
BBS RC $1000

Those are all considering the wheels have good tires.
