how hard is it to install the springs??? any specialty tools i'll need to get the job done??? how many miles are on the springs? did the comfortability of the ride go down a lot? sorry theres so many questions... thanks for the info in advance

if you read my thread post it covers the last 2 questions sorta - the ride was comfortable and smooth i never drove it stock though
i recommend professional installation, I'm not positive that a special tool won't be required

Good springs never wear out, regardless of mileage, so no worries, as far as install, I've done a few Audis, not hard if you know what your doing, but most shops will do it and align it for around $300 bucks give or take, and you have to do the alignment anyway, so if you don't know, don't risk screwing up your car.
