View Full Version : Newport beach fire?

I'm working right now off newport blvd and there is a bunch of smoke coming from what looks like the coast... and the moon is awesome! Its like a red color.

Anyone know anything, I tried to look it up online, but I think its too recent

it smelled awfully strong a couple hours ago when i was home

im in santa ana right now and jeeeze the smoke over the coast looks fucking nasty

nevermind... I think all the smoke and everything is from all the other fires, making it look like there is one in nb

The fire is near the 241 tollroad in Irvine. Close to Portola and Sand Canyon. Kristen and I saw the flames. So nuts! http://ocregister.com (http://ocregister.com/)

The video of the Irvine fire on channel 9 doesn't look so good. The wind is really moving the fire. Hope that everyone is safe.

Is there an active map of the fires? With the wind predicted thru tomorrow, I'd like to keep an eye on where this shit goes.

Looks like the fire in Irvine may be getting worse, I just had a family c/i to the hotel I work at. They were evacuated, and it was getting pretty close to there home.
