They also have many of the agencies represented at the Recovery Center, out by the Josselyn Center, at the back side of Hodges. (may have moved) They might just put you on the phone with a claims guy, but they are there.
Inside one of the buildings, you can talk to SDG&E, Cox, the water people, the district rep, FEMA, The Red Cross and countelss other organizations. It's pretty well set up.

Go for the insurance help. Stay for the Krispy Kremes.
