i have a 05 C230 sport sedan

and whenever i put the car into reverese the exhaust gets really loud and so does under the hood...its sounds like i just when straight pipe...but once i put it into drive the car sounds normal...but when it is in reverese the engine rocks alot

ya thats what i figured the rocking would be...but the loud exhaust too

the noise sounds like its coming from a silverish box under the hood on the drivers side
