as a diesel driver. . . i could not be happier w/ my car.

my diesel runs on b99 biodiesel (soybean oil). . . it's carbon-neutral and i get like 40+mpg w/ my lead foot. . . I am def gonna go check out the new diesels when they are released.

The 2008 E320 BLUETEC does not meet the emissions requirements of California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Vermont and is not available in these states.

I saw an Blutec at SD MB last week when I went in for service. Didn't get a chance to ask about it because the wife was in a hurry. You should call them up and ask them.
