I bought a T.I.P. from them and when the stupid FedEx guy delievered the package he put it by my trash cans at my house and those went out for pickup sunday night and so did the package, but the guys at Pure are doing the claim because Fed Ex said they have too. What I am getting at is that the guys at Pure are great with their customers. Thats a good bunch of guys.
And at the big SoCal GTG I on a $100 gas card that was donated by them, thats just iceing on the cake!!

Yeah, Mike I had to call FedEx yesterday because they delivered the package to my managers office instead of me. I gave them an ear full. Is it possible you can deal with another shipping company? Your service is one of a kind...FedEx is horrible.

Just used them yesterday for a spring install and an APR chip. John and Mike are cool guys. As soon as Mike was done taking my order on the chip, John jumped up, excited to get working. Nice to see instead of some disgruntled tech that was just in another day at the office, so to speak. Cool guys, will go back there for more stuff for sure. Oh yeah, and my buddy was looking at maybe getting a older S4 and was asking Mike about some stuff on those cars, and Mike reallllllllly knows what he's talking about. Good stuff!

You can't go wrong with Mike @ PureMS.... Top notch service, great prices, and local support and best of all he's an enthusiast! Really badass company, called them up, said I had an emergency and needed a few things. They said they had them in stock, even had ONE liter LEFT of ELF NF which I REALLY NEEDED!

Guy at the front desk was really cool, drives a black bug, i'm bad at remembering names, but he was really cool.

Stopped in today, got my Motive stuff and bottle of ELF, paid in cash, was all happy.
