Why the Poll Tony?

So people can see just how good or bad shops are without having to read all the stories.

Eventually we will have a real rating system similar to what you see on Amazon.com on their products. This is just an interim so we can start getting the word out on what's good and bad in our community.

Now back on topic... This thread is dedicated to Group 5!

Maybe I'm just cheap but everything I was quoted for on my last car was really expensive compared to other places. Nice guys nonetheless.

Great shop, with excellent service. Prices are competitive, not always cheapest, but you pay for what you get.
Actually, i seem to call Group5 on average once every other week, I'm still surprised they still both responding back to me.

Hey Troy, whats price for this and that. HAHAHA

They will backup their products and services.

I've been going to Group5 since the early 1990's.

Getting a good price also depends on the product. Plus, if you are shopping for the lowest price, then you are likely to move around from vendor to vendor. If you stick with one, it pays off. I've been using Group 5 for probably close to 10 years now and I get great pricing and service. Loyalty pays off. Bargain shopping doesn't always get you the best service or quality. Plus, Group 5 has always been honest and will even tell me if I'm better just buying something online if they can't get the best price. That's the type of service that keeps me coming back to them and referring everyone their direction.

I've been going to Group 5 since I first started driving. They are the most knowledgeable and patient salespeople I've worked with, and they will research things for you if you have questions. Always a pleasure!!!

Been doing business with Group 5 for many years now and have had nothing but great service. I had one of my coilovers break on me and Group 5 went out of their way to get me a new suspension setup the very next day. I do all my business with G5.... and even being in Florida now, still have the G5 plate frame on! Next time I need something, G5 is my first place to go.

Take a look at my review of Creative for the background. Group5 is a great bunch of professionals! They worked extremely closely with GIAC over the course of many shop visits to troubleshoot the awful condition my car was in after Creative got ahold of it. It took a while and some extra $ to get it right (side-mount intercooler, Bosch injectors, evoMS intake and diverter valve) but the car pulls like a beast and the annoying fault code is gone. They didn't have top take care of me; noone likes to inherit other shops baggage but they did it and came through with flying colors! I'll be back to them for coilovers soon without a moments hesitation.

I've never had a car taken or worked on, but I recommend these guys to anyone I know looking. From all the feedback on the forums, on top of all the forum support they provide, they have such a great rep that I'd recommend my grandparents to take their car to these guys!!

they did a great job on my SL suspension! They will almost definitely be the first shop to do any work on the 335

Just went to Group 5 a couple days ago to get an update on my GIAC software.

Group 5 was able to answer questions I had.

Top notch customer service as always at Group 5!

I've dealt with them a couple times on a wholesale level and both Troy and Kevin were a pleasure to work with!
