I have bought several cars through them, my friend is the sales manager, my friends have too, I have had nothing but good experiences with both sales and service. They are a small local dealer, and rely on their good rep to stay in business.

Sales wise, AWESOME! There was one guy there that seemed to be a newbie up there, but the sales people I have dealt with have been sepctacular.

Service-wise... I have only had one decent experience. The rest were not so decent... They turned my wife away on a warranty repair and quoted her over $1100, but after an email or two to the right people from me (in Iraq at the time) we got it figured out and the warranty did in-fact cover it. Then again, I had two vacuum hoses crack and they quoted nearly $800. Of which was $300 or so in the two hoses, $105 for the diagnostics, and the rest in labor, only to find it NOT a warranty issue. I ordered the parts, from another dealership for $120 shipped, and replaced them myself in 30 min total.

However, regardless of the service, the Rental guy was always awesome too! Not being sarcastic. It sucked when they went to Enterprise and no longer ran their own rental fleet though. My wife got stuck paying $100 for 8hrs in a Prius that she hated the time the vacuum hoses cracked. She didn't know they offered a shuttle, to her work that was appx 3 mi away. You would think they'd mention it when you are already distressed about an expensive repair.

When the Getta was in the body shop, the rental guy hooked me up on a good deal for a week's rental on a new Passat. Now I wanna buy one... lol.

Great Dealership! Me and my gf both bought cars from them(mkv gti and rabbit)! Great service and a lot of help. If you go there looking to buy a car, talk to Jordan... he'll help you out a lot

I have no complaint about the Parts department, ever. They have always been able to help me find whatever i'm looking for. I have not purchased a car there but i have spent much time speaking with the salesmen about the cars on the lot and they all seem to know what they are talking about.

The service department i'm neutral about. I don't want to say i've had a bad experience with them because that wouldn't be accurate. My Golf has been there twice for two small reasons. The first was the brake light switch malfunctioned, they replaced it under warranty without any hassle and that made me feel well about the place. in fact they said that they would call me when it was done. my brother and i were pulling into my driveway when i got the call saying they were done, so we turned around and got the car. However on a second try i took my car in to purchase/program a new spare key and that left a little to be desired. I took my car in one afternoon (a thursday) with the promise that it would be ready the next day (a friday). The next day (friday) i called to ask the progress and they gave me some hoolabalu about not being able to link with the satellites and contact Germany for the reprogram. so i came down and picked up the car and dropped it off the next monday. i wasn't too happy but it was a small matter, in the end i did get my spare key...

funny story about that key too. i was packing my car for a trip so i put the spare key in my suitcase (i was moving to college) and the suitcase in the car. I also put my switchblade key in the drivers seat. well my drivers door lock was broken at the time, where it wouldn't 'tell' the car that the door had been opened and deactivate the auto relock. when i closed the drivers door it locked the car with both my keys inside. great the one time i have ever needed the spare key and it's locked in the car. oh well live and learn

Talked to one sales guy for like 5 mins, he liked my jetta and asked what kinda exhaust I had on it. The parts departments is really the only place i can give a full review and they always know what I'm talking about and more often then not have the part in stock and if not can get in within the day. This dealership is my secondary dealership as it's close to my work so if I need parts on the way to work I go hear as my primary one would be out of the way. Parts people very knowledgeable about the MKIV issue I have encountered and have had some good advise when i asked them about things. I have never brought my car to the service department so can't really comment on that
