YES!! Boot exchange was a success.
VALSURF hooked it up. ok, so i bought my boots at ski dazzle this weekend, half off for a total of 130 (260 full price). They did not have my boots so they gave me what i payed + PLUS half off any boots in the store. GREAT customer service. i traded WAY up for about 30 bucks more and got some free stuff too(stomp pad, some stickers).
I ended up going to the Pasadena store.. i called ahead to Valencia and the didnt have my boots. The Pasadena store is WAY bigger according to the employees and i had a big selection to choose from.
Stoked.... plain and simple.
