My passenger side turbo took a dookie on me, so a friend of mine sourced some oem replacements for me (for an insane deal) and he and his friend (who both helped build the Ultimate Streetcar Challenge S4) worked on it. A few issues (stripped threads, broken heat shield, and welded DPs) and a pretty penny later, we had my car up and running.

Thank you so much! I'll be back at the Fusion meets now that the car's in working order, except I'll be minus a tail light (broken studs aka leaking water into trunk... waiting for new ones to be mailed in at no charge from an AZ member in Kentuhhhcky) :ha:

Yeah, car was down for a few days, but a total of 12-15 hours of work went into it

Definitely.
It's having some surging issues in the higher gears (spikes, then cuts off to about half-boost), and I have no idea why... It's not a turbo-related issue. I'm not sure if it's a DV or what, because I never had this issue prior to install. Any clues? My secondary 02 sensor is unplugged right now (need to relocated the bung) so there's a hole in the pipe, would that affect my chip doing the boost or something?
