so i got the bluetooth from 1stvwparts.com

took me about 1 hours for the whole installation. everything works good. the sound is perfect. everyone can gear me great. sat and everything else still works. here is a lil video

Looks sweet, I couldn't play the video, but could you please tell me if there is any external unit that has to be mounted anywhere inside the car, or is it all connected behind the dash? How were the instructions that came with it?

the only thing that is external is the mic. i got mine on the steering column. i feel like thats the best place for it. cuz when u speak, ur voice project forward better than it does to the sides. mounting the mic by the sunroof where its hidden is kinda out of the oath of the voice, plus there is more noise from the wind in that area. the instructions were good and simple.
