::edit:: I am just going to part this out. PM me with what you need. Do not respond in this thread. ::edit::
I am currently selling my project car. Hard times force the sale, which kills me on the inside.http://vwvortex.com/zeroforum_graphics/mad.gif I started it with the best of intentions, but ran out of time and money. So, my loss is your gain. It is a 1990 G60, with the 1.8l 16v swap by Renner Motorsports. I have a spare head that comes with it, and some spare lifters in a bag around here somewhere. Also, the interior is the grey leather and is wired for amps in the back. Here's a list of the good/bads.Good:
Clutch rebuilt 2k miles ago
schrick cams
Drilled/slotted rotors. Fresh pads 2k miles ago
New tires ~5k miles ago
Neuspeed Suspension
Bad:
Engine overheats(maybe cracked head)
Body is a little beat up
Interior needs some love
To be honest, I wanted to build this into a track car. But, changing jobs and nowhere to store it forces me to sell it.

I'd like to get out of it, what I've put into it.
$1,200 obo. I will post pics tomorrow.
Thanks,
Bryce.
How badly/fast does it overheat? Have you checked the oil for water? If there's no water in the oil, then maybe it's just the thermostat that's broken.

It takes about 10-15 minutes of driving for it to steam up. The times that I've checked, there is no water in the oil. I'm off right now, to take some pictures of it.
Well, that's not so bad, then. A little icky on the speed it takes for the overheat, though.
I'm in desperate need for a "new" car, so this is really very tempting. I'm a bit short on cash, since my roommate's still jobless and I've had to cover full rent for the past 3 months. :(
If you still have the car for sale in a week or three, then I would probably be first in line to shell out the cash for it. I've been wanting a corrado for a pretty good while. It's leaps and bounds better than the fox I currently have. :)

Here are some pictures, I'll get some interior shots tomorrow. My dumbass forgot the keys this afternoon. The car is in Garden Grove right now. The hood I will be keeping, unless you would like to pay a bit more for it. :D

Yeah, it blows for sure. Drivability? Well, i think if you stick to the freeway you'd be fine for a while. But I don't want the ish to hit the fan and someone be bummed out with me.
