I walked out to my car this morning to go to work, and I found that someone had splattered taco shop salsa all over the back of my car!
from the splatter, it looks like someone pulled a drive-by on my car with a salsa cup.
the incident made me late for work, so now I have bits of dried salsa on my car. as long as I wipe it off carefully, will I avoid damage to the paint?
salsa is acidic, so wash it ASAP or it will etch the paint

Depends on the color . . . but I think Ford takes the cake for worst paint in the world . . . at least when they were using that bad primer . . . the year that everyone's car looked like they had skirvy!!

Oh that sucks!
Clean it off quickly because Salsa is acidic and will eat the paint.

update!
I walked out with a co-worker who had some quick-detailer in his trunk (I took mine out to make room for Christmas presents... -_- ) and I managed to gently blot the salsa and seeds off my car. I didn't want to do more because my car already has a light dust coating from the ocean (I work down the street from the Torrey Pines glider port). However, there is a touchless car wash a couple of miles away, so I'm going to take it there at lunch and get it all sparkly-glowy again.

This was caused by Dodge switching from an oil based primer to a water based primer.... or something like that..... the paint wouldnt stick after a while

This reminds me of an incident from decades ago... cruising down Central Avenue in Phoenix with a bunch of friends. Just left a Taco Bell and one of my buddies didn't like his bean burrito. So from the right rear seat, he pitched it over the roof and SPLAT on the windshield of a car headed in the opposite direction.
