Ok.... So saw this little gizmo on eBay. It's a transaxle insert mod. Has anyone ever seen/heard about/done this mod before?

Looks like the Stern insert. Even uses the same description.

And to answer your questions yea people have been using these, check the 'tex lots of feedback there. :) I wanna get one since I heard it makes shifting smoother.
