MK4 Bulb Upgrades

I want to get some brightner bulbs for my stock headlights. I want them to have a touch of blue if possible. I've heard a lot of people use silverstar bulbs. Anyone have any suggestions and where I can get them. Thanks.

i use the silverstars in my MKII an it was a huge difference, you can get them at kragen, or shuckes, or checkers, its all the same store jus different names, they run like 50 bucks or so. not sure, it all depeneds on your car an what not

if you want a good look cough up the extra cheese and get some HID drop ins something like 6000k will be real nice..

i have silverstars and while they are better than stock, by no means are they bright/blueish. I'm actually about to order some PIAAs which i have seen are amazing! look into those. They will light up the sun.
