Bummer. They can't NOT loan him a car, or really do (maybe say) anything to him. The loaner girl just apologized on his behalf, although she really shouldn't, in ANY way, take responsibility for his driving habits.
I just wonder how he drives his own car. I'm willing to bet his car is either in for brakes or front end damage.
