7:50am this morning on 8th St.
white, 4-door, 335i, tint, had a blank europlate in the back with the CA license plate on top. also had a europlate in the front but I couldn't tell what word was on the plate. think the name started with a "S".
headed to the 5 North freeway.
it was an asian guy.
