Had a great experience with service there. John Cortling was the writer and was a super cool guy. I will start taking my car and my wife's car there for everything. Also, my car went in super filthy and came out super clean, like hand wash clean. As an added bonus, when I got back in my car I noticed I dropped a $10 bill in between my seat and my door in a very visable spot, and it was still there even after being in the hands of the techs and porters, so I thought that was very professional. For sales see Kevin Cao, also a really nice guy.

I just picked up my GTI and there are some trim pieces loose. I could not believe they do not provide loaner cars.

You'd be surprised. Most VW dealerships here in SD don't provide loaner cars. I know Southbay VW and City VW do not provide loaner cars when you have your car serviced. Although they do provide shutter services.

Purchased my car there in December 2005 and I have taken it there for warranty related issues since. Great parts department and they also have a second parts department right down the street so they can usually dig up the parts you need. Service has always been honest and helpful.

No longer MiramarVW/Audi. Just Miramar Audi as of yesterday. I dropped in to get some clamp/washer things and the parts guy said it was their last day. I thought Id see if he would cut me a deal on some monster mats and he let me have them for $70 w/ oval retainers since I had to swap them out. :)
