Finally took my car in and they replaced the PCV valve, gasket and tube under warranty. Today was the first time I really got on the car hard. After that, ran weak again. They replaced it with and E valve, should I try to get an F valve? I mean what are people with stage 2 or 3 running for a PCV if mine fails after one time at WOT with just a chip?

I believe a lot of people are running the latest PCV Valve, which is the "G" valve, but I could be wrong.
I'm still running my stock DV and PCV with GIAC-X+ 91 oct software.
I've had my fair share of driving hard and my car has been good since.
I was chipped around 5k and I'm at 15k now.
I upgraded PCV parts on mine too, the upgraded front valve and hose, and the rear hose with the one way valve, and a C DV, I have had no issues in probably 10K miles with GIAC-X which peaks at 19.6 give or take. But my C DV sticks intermittently, about once a week, so I haven't messed with it.
If you don't have a boost gauge, get one, it will let you know if you have a leak PCV seems to be a solid 1.5 loss across the board.

So what did you upgrade yours with? I am thinking about just buying the F valve and doing that and the Eurojet PCV fix at the same time. What is the rear hose one way you are talking about? I know they replaced mine, but is the rear one way a factory piece or an upgrade? Thanks for your help.
Its the hose off the back of the valve cover to the cold housing on the turbo, when they upgrade the F PCV they are supposed to put this hose on in conjunction with it. Its a metal corrugated tube about the size of a garden hose.
My car I shotgunned everything after a low dyno, 208HP and 230 TQ, I replaced the B DV with a C, and replaced the PCV valve with the F, the hose to the intake, and the hose on the back with the updated oneway valve. I have a CAI from VF and it sounded like a 7-11 whistle slurpee straw when the car was on boost, very annoying. Another tattle tale sign is oil leaking out of your filler cap area.

i replaced mine few times. E is the newest one. i was playing around with the valves for some time now. this is what u need to do. get the new pcv install it, at the same time install the EUROJET pcv fix. on my car i have the eurojet pcv fix and the master valve. both are check valves. its been on for about a month now. the car runs strong. my dyno should be about 280-300whp with all my mods. the breather tube (silver metal tube) has a very weak chack valve in it. i played around with it and kinda found a fix...

I would love to see that dyno sheet when you get it.

i will dyno it again after i got o GIAC on the 27th and get my fuel pump file and the race file
Nice, if I keep my car I'm leaning towards the K04 S3 setup. Would those numbers be with the water/meth injection?

yes. i made either 261 or 263 whp without meth, fuel pump and without the fuel pump file. that dyno was on 91 oct file with 91 oct shell gas

That's what I am going to do. In fact, I already ordered the Eurojet fix. Do you think my PCV is still ok to use with the fix? I mean it should not have blown after one WOT. Maybe my comp just recalibrated? I guess I will just have to throw the EJ on and see if that does it. Do you know if it is the actual E-valve or the tube that fails?

Thanks for all the info Ry. I had actually been reading those posts for a while. I just don't like to post on the tex because it seems like every time you ask something, everyone is quick to jump your shit. Anyways, I think I am going to be able to get the PCV fixed again under warranty, then I will drive straight home and put on the EJ. I hope this fixes it for good. When I first APRed my car it was a beast, now it feels like my wife's stock 2.0T.
